Here are the ingredients for a simple recipe that used in the capsule:
-500g-250g sifted flour
margarine
-10 grams of salt
-180 ml water
If you have a recipe with vinegar or sprite, it works very well too.
For those who might be tempted to do it with butter, I prefer to warn you. Yes, it's delicious, but with the Canadian all-purpose flour, the dough becomes stiff and hard too easily to the bite when cooked. For a magical results, use a low-gluten flour ..... almost impossible to find elsewhere in the wholesalers for pastries ... Too bad, because the dough with butter and milk is wonderful ...
By cons, if you succeed to find a recipe specifically designed for butter let me know! It must exist somewhere!
Remember, time to rest for a dough is really important, it helps to bind the elements together and make a dough more pliable.
