In the heart of winter, here's a recipe that reminds us of the flavors of summer, which really warms the heart in a way light and delicious!
is a recipe inspired by a salad that can be purchased at the Garden Mobile, but my version is a little fuller, or even better ...!
-1 half red pepper -1 large zucchini (courgette) or 2 small cane
-1 artichoke hearts, drained
-1 mango-cilantro-flavored juice
a file
-2 tablespoons olive oil at the table
-1 tablespoon honey tea
salt and pepper
Slice vegetables and mango into small cubes, artichoke hearts 4. Mix everything with the oil, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper. Add finely chopped coriander.
Coriander has a strong taste, so start by putting just a little, taste and add more to taste. I assure you, mango and coriander are a perfect mix!
salad makes a lot of water, then you can drain a bit before to keep the rest in the fridge.
As for pepper, you find a mill rather than using already ground pepper when you add the cornmeal to make it cost cheaper (yes, it's true!). Freshly ground pepper is pure, additive-free and oh how much more tasty! Barely more expensive and mills are easy to find and very affordable.
